As part of my holistic approach, I offer group cooking workshops, yoga sessions, 6-week programmes as well as personalised 1:1 support and online courses. I also provide many free resources like cooking tutorials on YouTube, meal inspiration on Instagram, and newsletters with simple yet impactful nutrition and lifestyle tips.
Driven by a commitment to shed light on the impact of grief, I share insights about nutrient deficiencies and other post-loss imbalances as a guest speaker at bereavement events, on grief podcasts, through my regular contributions on Yowah Radio and regular blogs for AtaLoss. My unwavering goal is to equip bereaved people with simple, practical tools to navigate grief with greater resilience so that they can move forward towards a brighter, healthier future.
